Ksubi Autumn/Winter 2011 - "Beware, Wear"

Ksubi is unmistakably Australia's most recognised brand on the international fashion scene. Ksubi designers Dan Single, George Gorrow and Gareth Moody created the brand in 2000, when motivated to make jeans for themselves that fit and feel well on the body. From then, Ksubi exploded onto the Australia scene, and has exponentially grew in popularity ever since. But it all hasnt been plain sailing for the Ksubi crew; a court case over the original 'Tsubi' name, the exit of Gareth Moody from the brand and the label falling into administration in early 2010 have caused head aches for the brand, but have no doubt matured as a part of this. Known for their partying ways and amazing live catwalk spectacles, the boys behind Ksubi has once again brought out an impressive collection of clothing in their latest lookbook. Autum/Winter 2011 for Ksubi, titled "Beware, Wear" examines the structure of urban decay and takes a colour palette from such elements within the concrete jungles were live and play amongst.  Khaki, deep plum, slate and ash are major colour choices for the new range, which experiments with texture through the reversal of fabrics to the external detailing of seams and layering. This season is clear to be a real hit in the colder months to come.
